This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge, use USB power cord provided and place the magnetic charging tips against the vibrator’s metal charging contacts. Light illuminates and flashes while product is charging. When product is fully charged, light stops flashing and remains illuminated.
To turn on, hold power button for 3 seconds. Light illuminates indicate it is on and in standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push button. Light remains steady, flashes, or pulses according to function. To turn off, hold button for 3 seconds. Light will turn off to indicate product is off.
After 20 Minutes of non-use, product will turn off to preserve battery life. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.

If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.

We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
