Place the bars over the top of a solid door, then close and lock the door to secure the straps. Adjust the seat height with the strap locks, then use the seat and position the lower straps under your ankles or thighs. Use the upper straps as hand grips as needed.

We offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
