To charge product, use USB power cord provided and insert charging pin into the circular indentation on the back of the product between the CE and DC markings. Light illuminates and flashes during charging. When product is fully charged, light turns off.

To turn on, push power button. Light illuminates to indicate product is on and in standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push function button. To turn off, push power button. Light turns off to indicate product is off.
