Classic Vibrator: To turn on, press power button. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push power button. Light will remain steady, flash, or pulse according to function. To turn off, hold power button for 3 seconds.
Textured C-ring Vibrator: To turn on, hold power button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push power button. To turn off, hold power button for 3 seconds.
Products may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge Classic Vibrator, place the magnetic charging tips against the vibrator’s metal charging contacts. To charge Textured C-ring Vibrator, use USB power cord provided and insert charging pin into the circular indentation on the side of the product opposite the power button. Light(s) will flash while product is/are charging. When product(s) is/are fully charged, light(s) will stop flashing and remain illuminated. For optimal battery life, ensure product(s) is/are turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.

We want you to be excited about your purchase. Please know that returns will be provided a Store Credit, we do not provide refunds. If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.Product Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
