Before use, charge completely. Toy and remote lights blink during charging and remain illuminated when charging is complete.
Using the vibrator alone: Hold vibrator button for 3 seconds; light turns on to indicate standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push button. To turn off, hold button for 3 seconds.
Using the vibrator & remote: Hold vibrator button for 3 seconds; light turns on to indicate standby mode. Hold remote power button for 3 seconds; light flashes to indicate standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push remote function button. To turn toy vibration and remote off, hold remote power button for 3 seconds; toy is now in standby mode. After 20 Minutes of non-use, product will turn off to preserve battery life. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.

If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.Product Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
My wife and I went on a kids free lunch date and I convinced her to wear her Remote Destination. Let's just say, it was the funnest lunch date with my wife that we have had in a while. Her only complaint was that it was a little uncomfortable (she compared it to wearing a feminine product, which she normally does not use). It was still fun though.
