    We want you to be excited about your purchase. Please know that returns will be provided a Store Credit, we do not provide refunds. If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.ย 

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.ย 


    Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.

    Product Warranty

    We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.ย 

    This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
