This product may arrive partially charged. Before use, charge completely. To charge product, use USB power cord provided and insert charging pin into the circular indentation on the bottom of the product. Light illuminates and flashes during charging. When product is fully charged, light stops flashing and remains illuminated.
To turn on, push power button. Light illuminates to indicate product is on and in standby mode. To cycle through speeds and pulsing patterns, push function button. To turn off, push power button. Light turns off to indicate the product is off.

If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.

We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
