Wash before and after each use. To wash: rinse with warm water, generously spray with Cleansing Mist, rinse again, and pat dry. When storing, position toy with opening pointed downwards to ensure opening cavity dries fully. Store in our Toy Tote, and Antimicrobial, lint free storage bag.

Before use, charge completely. Lights blink during charging and remain illuminated when charging is complete.
To turn on large stem and/or vaginal vibration, hold top button for 3 seconds. To cycle through vibrating speeds and pulsing patterns, push top button. To turn off large stem, hold top button for 3 seconds.
To turn on small stem and/or Backdoor vibration, hold middle button for 3 seconds. To cycle through vibrating speeds and pulsing patterns, push middle button. To turn off small stem, hold middle button for 3 seconds.
Remove floral dust cap from floret opening. To turn on floret and/or clitoral air sensation, hold bottom button for 3 seconds. To cycle through air speeds and pulsing patterns, push bottom button. To turn off floret, hold bottom button for 3 seconds.
For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months.

We want you to be excited about your purchase. Please know that returns will be provided a Store Credit, we do not provide refunds. If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.Product Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on motorized products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
